The Mission of our Children's Ministry is to help all preschoolers and children to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this by building relationships with them, being examples for them, and teaching them God's Word.
Our key verse is:
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
Deuteronomy 6:5
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
At Illumination Station VBS, kids will be challenged to answer Jesus' important question to His disciples, "Who do you say that I am?" As they explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals, kids will discover that Jesus is the light who brings hope to a dark world.
Jesus spoke to them again: "I am the light of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life." John 8:12
VBS 2026 is June 15-19 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. each day. The opening worship rally is at 8:30 a.m. each morning so please have your kiddos here early enough to check-in before the morning rally begins! Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. each day!
VBS is for Kids who have completed kindergarten thru 6th grade this 2026 year! You must have been 5 years old by August 1, 2025 to enroll in kindergarten!

NEW THIS YEAR - CHILDREN'S DAY CAMP
This year, we are offering Illumination Station Day Camp for students who have completed 3rd-5th grade and who are attending VBS at SRBC. Students who attend Day Camp will dive deeper into each day's theme and Bible lesson with interactive crafts, field trips, and activities! The SRBC AWANA Club meets on Tuesday Nights from 6 PM - 7:30 PM. The mission of AWANA is to equip leaders to reach kids with the Gospel and to engage them in lifelong discipleship. Our vision and prayer of AWANA is that all the children and youth, throughout the world, will come to know, love, and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.
AWANA is a program that encourages children to dig into the Word of God and commit Scripture to memory. There are prizes, games, council time, and even a store! The price is $50 per child per year (includes the uniforms and books). It is for children ages 3 years old (by 8/1) through 6th grade.
